How we got here

Fourteen years in AI, the last of them as Director of AI Strategy & Delivery at SIXT SE. Built there what most enterprises are still PowerPointing about: agents handling customer conversations, models automating fleet decisions, and governance that keeps GDPR, the AI Act, and the board happy at the same time.

At some point the interesting problems stopped living in the enterprise — and started living in the 50- to 500-person companies that genuinely need AI, but have neither Big-Four consulting budgets nor the appetite for an 18-month "transformation programme".
