QuoteFlow: Quote Automation for Trade Businesses
The Problem
The founder was spending roughly 80% of his working time on manual quote creation. Each site visit generated 2-3 hours of admin work: measuring, looking up materials, calculating prices, formatting PDFs. With 10+ quotes per week, the business was bottlenecked by its own quoting process. This is a common problem across trade businesses — electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, and custom fabricators all face the same manual quoting bottleneck.
The Solution
We built QuoteFlow: a voice-to-quote pipeline designed for trade businesses. The founder now records observations during site visits on his phone. AI transcribes the recording, extracts line items and measurements, matches against the existing price list, and generates a branded PDF quote. Total time: 20 minutes instead of 3 hours. QuoteFlow is now being rolled out to additional trade businesses across Spain and Germany.
